Wrongchilde
Wrongchilde is the solo project of Mat Devine, lead singer of Kill Hannah. The project was started in 2013 and they released their first album ''Gold Blooded'' on August 19, 2014. The album was self-released through PledgeMusic. History Wrongchilde started when Mat Devine moved to Los Angeles to work on the project and begin his first solo album ''Gold Blooded''. The name came to him in a dream while he was in high school, and he began scratching it on books and things, not knowing why. Gold Blooded ''Gold Blooded'' is Wrongchilde's first album, and was released on August 19, 2014. The album features duets with Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance, Morgan Kibby of White Sea and M83, and Sierra Kusterbeck of VersaEmerge. The project was completely self-financed through PledgeMusic. Sierra Kusterbeck
Sierra Kay Kusterbeck (born December 18, 1990), better known as Sierra Kay, is an American singer-songwriter and model. She rose to prominence as the lead vocalist of the rock band VersaEmerge. Early life Kusterbeck was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. She began taking vocal lessons in the third grade. She attended the arts-centric PCCA Gibbs High School in St. Petersburg for three years as a Musical Theatre major, but dropped out of high school to pursue music as a career. Career VersaEmerge Kusterbeck auditioned to be VersaEmerge's lead vocalist in 2006, by sending a tape of herself singing one of VersaEmerge's songs, "The Blank Static Screen". VersaEmerge released their first EP with Kusterbeck on vocals, ''Perceptions'', in May 2008. Gerard Arthur Way (born April 9, 1977) is an American singer, songwriter, and comic book writer. He is best known as the lead vocalist and co-founder of the rock band My Chemical Romance. Kill Hannah
Kill Hannah was an American rock band formed in 1993 in Chicago, Illinois. The band released six studio albums, seven EPs, and two compilation albums as well as three DVDs. History Kill Hannah was formed by singer-songwriter Mat Devine in 1993. The band is named after Devine's ex-girlfriend. At the time, Devine was singing and playing guitar in a band called In a Jar UK. After the fallout with Hannah, Devine printed up stickers to place on In a Jar UK 7" records bearing the name "Kill Hannah." All of Kill Hannah's studio albums, EPs, promos, and demos between 1996 and 2000 were funded by entertainment lawyer Jack Daulton. VersaEmerge
Versa (stylized as VERSA) was an American rock duo formed in Port St. Lucie, Florida, in 2006, as VersaEmerge. The group consisted of Blake Harnage (guitar, vocals, and programming) and Sierra Kay (lead vocals). They had a revolving line-up, their most prolific being with bassist Devin Ingelido, who was a member from 2007 until 2011. Following self-releases, the band signed with record label Fueled by Ramen in late 2008 and released the '' VersaEmerge EP'' and their full-length debut '' Fixed at Zero'' (2010), which met with positive reviews from alternative critics.
