World Indoor Archery Championships
The World Indoor Archery Championships, an international competition in archery, have been held in alternate years since 1991 (except for a three-year gap 2009–2012), each time in a different host city. There are events in adult and junior categories using the recurve and compound bows. Nîmes ( , ; oc, Nimes ; Latin: ''Nemausus'') is the prefecture of the Gard department in the Occitanie region of Southern France. Yankton, South Dakota
Yankton is a city in and the county seat of Yankton County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 15,411 at the 2020 census, and it is the principal city of the Yankton Micropolitan Statistical Area, which includes the entirety of Yankton County and which had an estimated population of 23,297 as of July 1, 2021. 2018 World Indoor Archery Championships
The 2018 World Archery Championships was the 14th edition of the World Indoor Archery Championships. The event was held in Yankton, South Dakota, Yankton, United States from 14 February to 19 February 2018 and was organised by World Archery Federation, World Archery (formerly known as FITA). Qualification and elimination rounds took place at the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center. The programme featured was the same as previous World Archery Championships, with individual and team events in the Compound bow, compound and Recurve bow, recurve disciplines.
