Wisanupon Saksamut
Wisanupon Saksamut ( th, วิษณุพร ศักดิ์สมุทร; is a retired Thai Muay Thai fighter. He is a former six-time Lumpinee Stadium champion. Biography and career Witsanupon was born in the Samut Prakan province in 1963, he started training in Muay Thai along his older brother who fought under the name Thammawit Saksamut. He competed in various provinces and on the outskirts of Bangkok before making his major stadium debut in 1979 for the Songchai promotion. During his Bangkok career Wisanupon captured six Lumpinee Stadium belts in four different weight classes, starting at 102 lbs in 1981 against Ruengchai Thairungruang. In his last Lumpinee Sadium title fights he lost his 115 lbs belt to Dokmaipa Por Pongsawang. Bang Bo ( th, บางบ่อ, ) is a district (''amphoe'') of Samut Prakan province in Thailand. Sot Chitalada ( th, สด จิตรลดา, ), born as Chaovalit Wongcharoean ( th, เชาวลิต วงศ์เจริญ; ; 5 May 1962, in Chonburi, Thailand) was formerly twice WBC and Lineal Flyweight Champion, having defended the title against nine boxers in total. Chamuakpet Hapalang ( th, ฉมวกเพชร ห้าพลัง; born: August 10, 1962 in Amphoe Si Racha, Chonburi province, eastern Thailand) is a retired Thai Muay Thai fighter who won five different weight classes, was champion of the Lumpinee Stadium and the Rajadamnern Stadium and was also a professional boxer. Chanchai Sor Tamarangsri ( th, ชาญชัย ส.ธรรมรังสี; born October 19, 1967 in Pak Chong) is a Thai Muay Thai fighter. He is former 3 times Lumpinee Stadium and Muay Thai World champion, he was a popular fighter during the golden era of Muay Thai. Along with Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, Rajadamnern is one of the two main stadiums for modern muay Thai. It hosts fights every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
