Winnie Ntshaba
Winnie Ntshaba (born 1 September 1975) is a South African actress best known for her role in ''Generations'' on SABC 1. She began her career in the 2000s before making her breakthrough in ''Yesterday''. She is best known for playing Khethiwe Buthelezi on the SABC 1 soap opera ''Generations''. She studied acting at the University of Natal (Durban). Early life Ntshaba was born 1 September 1975 in Kwa-Zulu Natal. She has one older sister, who inspired her to further her studies. She attended the University of Natal (Durban), where she obtained her BA Drama Honours degree. Film career 2000 – 2004 In 2000 she moved to Johannesburg and participated in educational and industrial theater shows for AREPP Shoe String Productions. Eshowe
Eshowe is the oldest town of European settlement in Zululand, historically also known as Eziqwaqweni, Ekowe or kwaMondi. Eshowe's name is said to be inspired by the sound of wind blowing through the more than 4 km² of the indigenous Dlinza Forest, the most important and striking feature of the town. ''House of Zwide'' is a South African television drama series. It is an e.tv original production, co-produced by The Bomb Shelter and Videovision Entertainment for e.tv. ''Generations'' was a South African soap opera which first premiered on SABC 1 in 1993. It was created and produced by Mfundi Vundla and aired weekdays at 20:00 UTC+2 (South African Standard Time) on SABC 1. Set against the backdrop of the advertising industry, this drama celebrated the hopes and dreams of South Africans who aspire to a better future. The show received overwhelmingly positive reviews, being among the most-watched local television shows throughout its long run.
