William G. Burgin
William Garner Burgin Jr. (August 3, 1924 – October 3, 2002) was an American attorney and politician. He served in the Mississippi State Senate from 1952 to 1960 and from 1964 to 1979, when he was convicted of conspiring to defraud the government. Rock Hill is the largest city in York County, South Carolina and the fifth-largest city in the state.
