Grupo Werthein (''Werthein Group'') is a holding company based in Argentina. It is owned and controlled by the Werthein family. Its activities began more than 100 years ago in the agribusiness sector. RÃo Negro (, ''Black River'') is a province of Argentina, located in northern Patagonia. Neighboring provinces are from the south clockwise Chubut, Neuquén, Mendoza, La Pampa and Buenos Aires.
