Wales Interactive Limited is a Welsh independent video game developer and publisher established in 2011 and based in Penarth, Wales. The studio, best known for ''Maid of Sker'', '' The Bunker'', '' Five Dates'' and '' The Complex'', have published over 30 video game titles for PC, mobile and video game consoles. Meta Quest 2 (initially sold as Oculus Quest 2) is a virtual reality (VR) headset developed by Meta Platforms (formerly Facebook, Inc.). It was unveiled on September 16, 2020 and released on October 13. As with its predecessor, the Oculus Quest, the Quest 2 can run as either a standalone headset with an internal, Android-based operating system, or with Oculus Rift-compatible VR software running on a desktop computer. Bridgend (; cy, Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr or just , meaning "the end of the bridge on the Ogmore") is a town in Bridgend County Borough in Wales, west of Cardiff and east of Swansea. Pencoed ( cy, Pen-coed) is a urbanised community and town in the county borough of Bridgend, Wales. It straddles the M4 motorway north east of Bridgend and is situated on the Ewenny River. David Banner MBE (born November 1972) is a Welsh video games and interactive film designer, producer, director and entrepreneur. Also known in the video games and interactive film industries as “Dai”. He is the co-founder and CEO of video game and interactive film developer and publisher Wales Interactive. Biography Banner was born on 1 November 1972 in Rhondda, Wales. He attended Treorchy Comprehensive School and Tonypandy Comprehensive School, then Mid Glamorgan Centre for Art, Design and Technology.
