WIRE-CD
WIRE-CD, virtual and UHF digital channel 33, is a low-power, Class A television station licensed to Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Its analog broadcast range reached into the inner suburbs. Previously an MTV2 affiliate, programming since digital conversion now consists entirely of infomercials. As WIRE-LP (before the upgrade to Class A), like most over-the-air MTV2 network affiliates, it was an affiliate of The Box until that network's acquisition by Viacom in 2001. Owned by Viacom, MTV2 is one of the few cable networks that can be seen over the air. History It was originally assigned W13CQ on channel 13 in May 1992, but its construction permit expired in December 1993 without being built. MTV2
MTV2 (formerly M2) is an American pay television Cable television, channel owned by the Paramount Media Networks division of Paramount Global. The channel launched initially as an all-music video service, once the original MTV had started to shift its programming. As with its parent network, MTV2's focus on music programming would gradually be downplayed during the 2000s. By 2011, MTV2 would primarily target young adult men with original and acquired lifestyle and reality programming, reruns of male-targeting shows from MTV, acquired sitcoms and movies, and a daily block of Hip hop music, hip hop and Rock music, rock genre videos in the early mornings. Due to Viacom's 2017 restructuring plan, MTV2's original programs were eventually moved over to the flagship MTV network, while the former network would drop its music video blocks in November of that year. Georgia 237
State Route 237 (SR 237) is a state highway located entirely within the city limits of Atlanta in the U.S. state of Georgia. Its path is entirely within Fulton County. Route description SR 237 begins just south of SR 13 (Buford Highway) in Midtown Atlanta, where the road continues to the south as Piedmont Road. It immediately crosses under, but does not intersect Buford Highway. Then, it passes under Interstate 85 (I-85). SR 237's northbound lanes do not have an interchange with I-85.
