Wrestling The Angels
''Wrestling the Angels'' is Kelly Minter's second studio album, third overall as she had previously released an independent album titled ''Wheels Of Change'' in 1997. According to Minter, the album's title, ''Wrestling the Angels'', was inspired by her reading of Jacob's struggle in Genesis. Critical reception Ashleigh Kittle of AllMusic begins her review by saying, "Singer/songwriter Kelly Minter released her sophomore project ''Wrestling the Angels'' in the fall of 2003. Produced by Margaret Becker and Paul Buono, the acoustic pop album is similar in style to the early music of Susan Ashton as well as (Margaret) Becker's later projects." Kelly Minter
Kelly Minter (born September 23, 1975) is a Christian worship leader, author, speaker, songwriter, and musician. The daughter of a pastor, Minter grew up in Northern Virginia and as a teenager was more interested in sports than music. When she was a senior in high school, Minter was offered and then lost a college basketball scholarship. To help her recover from that disappointment, Minter started playing the guitar. In 1999 she headed to Nashville, Tennessee. Then in 2001 she started her career as a recording artist with her major-label debut, ''Good Day''. Her next album, the 2003 '' Wrestling with Angels'' included the song “This Is My Offering,” which climbed to number one on the charts. Franklin is a city in and county seat of Williamson County, Tennessee, United States. About south of Nashville, it is one of the principal cities of the Nashville metropolitan area and Middle Tennessee. As of 2020, its population was 83,454. Margaret Becker (born July 17, 1959) is an American Christian rock singer, guitarist, and songwriter. She has had twenty-one No. 1 Christian radio hits, won four Dove Awards, and been nominated for four Grammy Awards. Susan Ashton (born Susan Rae Hill; July 17, 1967) is an American contemporary Christian music and country music artist who topped the Christian charts throughout the 1990s. In 1991 she began using her mother's maiden name, Ashton, when she recorded her first single, in order to distinguish herself from CCM singer Kim Hill. Ashton has recorded eight studio albums to date, of which six were released on Sparrow Records. Kim Hill (born December 30, 1963) is a contemporary Christian music singer. Aside from her career as a Grammy Award-nominated and GMA Dove Award-winning solo artist, she has also sung background vocals on projects by other artists, such as Rich Mullins (''Winds of Heaven, Stuff of Earth''). Prague Symphony Orchestra
The Prague Symphony Orchestra (Prague, Czech Republic, cs, Symfonický orchestr hlavního města Prahy ''FOK'') is a Czech orchestra based in Prague. The orchestra has traditionally been known by the acronym 'FOK', standing for 'Film-Opera-Koncert', reflecting the orchestra's fields of activity as envisioned by its founder. When the city of Prague made the orchestra its official concert ensemble in 1952, it retained the acronym, giving it the official title 'Symphony Orchestra of the Capital City of Prague – FOK'.
