"Woju" is a song by Nigerian afropop recording artist Kiss Daniel, released on September 1, 2014 through G-Worldwide Entertainment. Dubbed as "one of the best Nigerian songs of 2014", the song went on to be nominated in the "Hottest Single" category at the 2015 edition of the Nigeria Entertainment Awards. Critical reception Upon its release, "Woju" was met with positive reviews from music critics and also received massive airplay. The music video for "Woju" peaked at number one on MTV Base's ''Official Naija Top 10'' music video chart for six weeks, and is regarded as the platform through which Kiss Daniel's music career hit the limelight. Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, (born 1 May 1994) better known by his stage name Kizz Daniel, is a Yoruba singer and songwriter. He is best known for his singles " Woju" and "Yeba". He went by the stage name Kiss Daniel prior to changing it in May 2018. He signed a record deal with G-Worldwide Entertainment in 2013, but left the label following a publicized contract dispute and court case. He founded the Fly Boy Inc record label in November 2017. On 8 August 2022, Kizz Daniel was arrested in Dar es Salaam by the Tanzanian police force over failure to perform. Early life and education Kizz Daniel was born as Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. He hails from Abeokuta North local government area. The Headies 2015 was the 10th edition of The Headies. It was held on January 1, 2016, at the Landmark Events Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos. Themed "Flip the Script", the event was hosted by Bovi and Kaffy. It was previously scheduled to hold on December 30, 2015, but the organizers of the event postponed it to January 1, 2016 without citing any reason. The 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards was the 10th edition of the Nigeria Entertainment Awards. Wizkid won the most awards while Olamide received the most nominations with three across 39 award categories.
