Platteville is the largest city in Grant County in southwestern Wisconsin. The population was 11,836 at the 2020 census, up from 11,224 at the 2010 census. Much of this growth is likely due to the enrollment increase of the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. Daniel Lewis Arnold (born March 15, 1995) is an American football tight end who is a free agent. He played college football and ran track at Wisconsin-Platteville. Early life Arnold was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and raised in Janesville, Wisconsin, but attended school in Rockford, Illinois as his mother was a teacher at Boylan Catholic High School. He attended Boylan Catholic for three years before his family moved to North Dakota. He then attended Shanley High School in Fargo, North Dakota. George Patrick "Geep" Chryst (born June 25, 1962) is an American football coach & scout, currently a Pro Scout for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Previously he served as the tight ends coach and offensive coordinator for the California Golden Bears. Chryst has 25 years of NFL coaching experience, working as an offensive coordinator, quarterbacks coach and tight ends coach. In 13 of the 25 seasons coaching in the NFL his offense ranked in the Top Ten in either Rushing, Passing or Points Scored. When in San Francisco from 2011-2014 he coached Alex Smith and Colin Kaepernick.
