William I. Donnermeyer Sr. (born September 19, 1924) is an American former politician. He was elected in 1969 to the 68th district of the House of Representatives for the Commonwealth of Kentucky and was first seated in 1970. Katie Kratz Stine (born December 6, 1956) was a Republican member of the Kentucky Senate representing Campbell and Pendleton Counties as State Senator from the 24th Senate District from 1999 until 2015. She served as the President Pro tempore of the Kentucky State Senate. Personal life Stine lives in Southgate, Kentucky and is married to former Campbell Circuit Judge Fred A.
