William Da Silva Barbosa
William da Silva Barbosa (born 2 June 1978), known as William or William Barbosa, is a Brazilian former footballer. Biography Born in São Paulo, Brazil, William started his professional career in Brazil. Como William moved to Europe for Italian '' Serie B'' side Como. That season non-EU quota of Italy was abolished and Como signed William, Douglas Pinto de Castro and Marcelo Luis Alcantara from Santa Catarina state. They followed the footsteps of Amauri, leaving for Swiss Nationalliga B club Bellinzona in a one-year loan. Lega Pro Seconda Divisione was the fourth highest football league in Italy, the lowest with a professional status. Usually it consisted of 36 teams, but in the 2011–12 season, there were 41 teams divided geographically into two divisions of 20 and 21. Saša Bjelanović (; born 11 June 1979) is a Croatian retired footballer who played as a striker. He has held an Italian passport since 2007, as his grandmother was from Trieste, Venezia Giulia; this made him eligible to acquire Italian nationality at birth. Club career Saša Bjelanović started his career at Zadar. At the age of 20, he had already made 76 appearances for his native club. In summer 1999, he was signed by Croatian giant Dinamo Zagreb. His career ended in 2011 after a ban from football due to his involvement in the 2011 Italian football match-fixing scandal; the ban is set to end in 2018.
