Arne Wilhelmsen (15 June 192911 April 2020) was a Norwegian billionaire businessman, the co-founder of Royal Caribbean Cruises. Frederick Wilhelmsen
Frederick D. Wilhelmsen (1923 – 21 May 1996) was a distinguished Catholic philosopher, noted, both as a professor and as a writer, for his explication and advancement of the Thomistic tradition. He also was a political commentator, assessing American politics and society from a traditionalist perspective, and a political thinker, addressing what he perceived to be the failings of secular-liberal democracy. He principally was a professor at the University of Dallas from 1965 to his death in 1996. He also taught at the University of Santa Clara, the Al-Hikma University in Baghdad, the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain, and lectured and taught classes at many other universities. Lars Wilhelmsen
Lars Wilhelmsen (born 7 December 1946) is a Norwegian civil servant. He was born in Bergen as the son of Leif Wilhelmsen, and took the cand.philol. degree at the University of Oslo in 1972. He was hired as deputy under-secretary of State in the Ministry of Local Government and Labour in 1988. In 1994 he became the managing director of the Norwegian State Housing Bank. He was then the director of Aetat from 2001 to 2002, before resigning to return to the ministries. Per Engebretsen was acting director for some months until Inger-Johanne Stokke was hired as the new director. Wilhelmsen now works for the permanent under-secretary of State in the Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion. Thorvald Wilhelmsen
Thorvald Wilhelmsen (14 February 1912 – 13 September 1996) was a Norwegian long-distance runner who specialized in the 10,000 metres. He represented the club Grue-Finnskog IL. He never participated in the Summer Olympics, but finished seventh at the 1946 European Championships at Bislett stadion Bislett Stadium ( no, Bislett stadion) is a sports stadium in Oslo, Norway. Bislett is Norway's most well known sports arena internationally, with 15 speed skating world records and more than 50 track and field world records having been set here ... in a personal best time of 31:20.8 minutes. Thomas Mark Wilhelmsen (born December 16, 1983) is an American former professional baseball relief pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers, and Arizona Diamondbacks. Career Wilhelmsen graduated from Tucson High School, whence he was selected by the Milwaukee Brewers in the seventh round (199th overall) of the 2002 MLB Draft. Later that summer, upon signing with the Brewers on August 19, he received a US $250,000 bonus. He began his professional career the next season. Wilhelmsen played for the AZL Brewers and Beloit Snappers in 2003, going a combined 5-6 with a 2.84 ERA in 17 starts. Following that season, he twice tested positive for marijuana and was suspended for the 2004 campaign. Unni Elisabeth Wilhelmsen (born 12 July 1971) is a Norwegian singer, songwriter, and musician.
