Wild Things (game Show)
''Wild Things'' is a wildlife-themed game show which is hosted by Kate Humble and Jason Byrne. It was commissioned in August 2014 by Sky 1 and first aired on 15 March 2015. Format The gameshow features four teams of two people (relatives or couples) completing challenges on a woodland obstacle course (based in Rushmere Country Park in Bedfordshire Bedfordshire (; abbreviated Beds) is a ceremonial county in the East of England. Kate Humble
Katherine Mary Humble (born 12 December 1968) is an English television presenter and narrator, mainly working for the BBC, specialising in wildlife and science programmes. Humble served as President of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds from 2009 until 2013. She is an ambassador for the UK walking charity Living Streets. Early life and education Born in Wimbledon, London, to IBM employee Nick Humble and Diana (née Carter), she is the granddaughter of Bill Humble, a well-known pre-Second World War aviator. She is also the great-great-great granddaughter of Joseph Humble, colliery manager of Hartley Colliery at the time of the Hartley Colliery disaster. She has a brother. Jason Byrne (comedian)
Jason Byrne (born 25 February 1972) is an Irish stand-up comedian. In August 2008, he made his twelfth Edinburgh Festival Fringe appearance. Byrne previously presented a mid-morning radio show on Phantom FM as well as a comedy chat show ''The Jason Byrne Show'' featuring P. J. Gallagher, and a comedy panel show called ''The Byrne Ultimatum'' on RTÉ Two. He created and starred in a radio show also called ''The Jason Byrne Show'' from 2010 to 2012 on BBC Radio 2. The second series was awarded a Gold Sony Radio Award for Best Comedy. In 2018, he published ''The Accidental Adventures of Onion O'Brien'', a series of books about a young boy growing up in Ireland who has constant bad luck. The book is based on Byrne's childhood. Sky 1
Sky One was a British pay television channel operated and owned by Sky Group (a division of Comcast). Originally launched on 26 April 1982 as Satellite Television, it was Europe's first satellite and non-terrestrial channel.
