Wild Card (lottery)
''Wild Card'' (for part of its history ''Wild Card 2'') was a lottery game that was available in Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota, although at no point did the five lotteries offer it simultaneously. The game was administered by the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), which is best known for Mega Millions and Powerball. ''Wild Card (2)'' was drawn Wednesdays and Saturdays until February 24, 2016. The original version of the game began in 1998; it was known as ''Wild Card'', and lasted 15 months; it was played in Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, and South Dakota. The game's format was changed, with a "2" added to the name, in May 1999; Nebraska dropped out upon the format change. North Dakota joined in 2004. Idaho Lottery
The Idaho Lottery began play on July 19, 1989, and is run by the government of the state of Idaho. It is a member of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL). Fifty percent of all net funds is given to Public school (government funded), public schools, while the remainder is pledged to the Permanent Building Fund, which is used as a financial resource for the List of colleges and universities in Idaho, state's colleges and universities. The Idaho Lottery offers the multi-state drawing games ''Mega Millions, Powerball, Hot Lotto'', and ''Wild Card'' (all but ''Mega Millions'' are directly run by MUSL); and a daily game, ''Idaho Pick 3''. Nebraska

In economics and finance, present value (PV), also known as present discounted value, is the value of an expected income stream determined as of the date of valuation. Progressive Jackpot
A progressive jackpot is a jackpot (a gambling grand prize or payout) which increases each time the game is played but the jackpot is ''not'' won. When the progressive jackpot is won, the jackpot for the next play is reset to a predetermined value, and resumes increasing under the same rule. Many slot machines and video poker machines feature a progressive jackpot. The jackpot increases by a small predetermined amount each time the game is played. In playing cards, a suit is one of the categories into which the cards of a deck are divided. Queen (playing Card)
The queen is a playing card with a picture of a queen on it. In many European languages, the king and queen begin with the same letter so the latter is often called ''dame'' (lady) or variations thereof. In French playing cards, the usual rank of a queen is between the king and the jack. In tarot decks, it outranks the knight which in turn outranks the jack. In the Spanish deck and some Italian decks, the Queen does not exist and the Knight appears in them instead, with the same role and value. A Jack or Knave, in some games referred to as a bower, is a playing card which, in traditional French and English decks, pictures a man in the traditional or historic aristocratic or courtier dress, generally associated with Europe of the 16th or 17th century.
