Wil Besseling
Wil Besseling (born 9 December 1985) is a Dutch professional golfer. Besseling was born in Utrecht. He won the Dutch Amateur Match Play Championship in 2001, just two years after taking up the sport. The highlight of his amateur career came in 2006, when he won the Eisenhower Trophy in partnership with Joost Luiten and Tim Sluiter, and also finished with the lowest individual score. After turning professional at the end of 2006, Besseling played on the EPD Tour, one of the developmental golf tours based in Europe, during 2007. He finished 5th on the 2007 Order of Merit, having been in the top 20 in all but two events, with seven top tens and one victory. At the end of the year, Besseling attempted to gain his card on the European Tour via the qualifying school. He was unsuccessful, and had to settle playing on the second tier Challenge Tour in 2008. Hoorn
Hoorn () is a city and municipality in the northwest of the Netherlands, in the province of North Holland. It is the largest town and the traditional capital of the region of West Friesland. Nicolas Meitinger
Nicolas Meitinger (born 10 February 1984) is a German professional golfer. Career Meitinger was born in Cologne, Germany. He turned professional in 2005 and initially played on the EPD Tour, where he had six wins. After finishing third on the EPD Tour Order of Merit in 2008, and subsequently reaching the final stage of the European Tour's Qualifying School, he earned a place on the second-tier Challenge Tour for the first time. In his first season on the tour he recorded two top-10 finishes and ended 70th on the money list, a position he improved on by a single place in 2010. Daniel Gaunt (golfer)
Daniel Stephen Gaunt (born 14 November 1978) is an Australian professional golfer. Gaunt was born in Lancefield, Victoria near Melbourne. His brother Chris is also a professional golfer. He lives in New Malden, England, with his wife, Caroline, and four children. He tied with Terry Pilkadaris for the Australian Medal in 1997 and turned professional in 1999. His nickname "Peter Pan" comes from the fact he’s always fighting a hook. Gaunt qualified for the European Tour via qualifying school at the end of 2003. He was unable to retain his card, and has played predominantly on lower level tours since 2005. He has won several events on those tours including four victories on the third-tier PGA EuroPro Tour. Alexandre Rocha
Alexandre Nardy Rocha (born 21 November 1977) is a Brazilian professional golfer. Rocha was born in São Paulo. He had a successful collegiate career in the United States, where he attended Mississippi State University, before turning professional in 2000. He won tournaments in South America and Canada before qualifying for the European Tour at the end of 2005. He did not win enough money during his rookie season to retain his playing status and returned to qualifying school where he was the joint winner alongside Carlos Rodiles. Having lost his card on the European Tour again at the end of the 2009 season, Rocha qualified for the Asian Tour for 2010. In 2010, Rocha became the second Brazilian (after Jaime Gonzalez, who played on the PGA Tour up until 1982) to join the PGA Tour when he graduated from Qualifying School. Klas Eriksson
Klas Eriksson (born 30 July 1971) is a Sweden, Swedish professional golfer. Eriksson was born in Växjö and turned professional in 1991 having won the European Amateur and the French Amateur Stoke Play Championship the previous year. He finished 45th on the Order of Merit in his rookie season, but injuries and putting problems meant he failed to retain his card at the end of the 1998 season and he was back on the Challenge Tour in 1999. Eriksson graduated from the Challenge Tour for a second time in 2001 by finishing 7th on the Rankings having won for the fourth time on the tour at the Talma Finnish Challenge. The Rolex Trophy was a golf tournament on the Challenge Tour, that is played in Geneva, Switzerland. It was played annually on the Challenge Tour since 1989. Unlike many Challenge Tour events, the Rolex Trophy has been played at the same venue, the Golf Club de Genève, every year. It is a limited field Pro-Am event. It used to feature the top 32 in the tour rankings plus four invitees, but the number of players has more recently been 42. One unusual feature was that only the prize money of the top 20 players counted towards their Challenge Tour rankings, although all entrants receive prize money. The Tour de las Américas (TLA) was the principal men's professional golf tour throughout Latin America and the Caribbean from 2000 through to 2012 when it was superseded by PGA Tour Latinoamérica.
