''When the White Lilacs Bloom Again'' (German: ''Wenn der weiße Flieder wieder blüht'') is a 1929 German silent romance film directed by Robert Wohlmuth and starring Georg Henrich, Vera Schmiterlöw and Walter Grüters.Krautz p.293 It takes its title from a popular song of the era. Emelka Studios
Bavaria Studios are film production studios located in Munich, the capital of the region of Bavaria in Germany, and a subsidiary of Bavaria Film. History The studios were constructed in the suburb of Geiselgasteig in 1919 shortly after the First World War. During their early years they were known as the Emelka Studios, while Geiselgasteig has also often been used to refer to them.
