Westtown Township is a township in Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 10,827 at the 2010 census. History County Bridge No. 148 was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. Thomas H. Killion (born 1957) is an American politician. A Republican, he was a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate for the 9th Senatorial District from 2016 until 2020. He previously served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 168th district from 2003 to 2016. Carolyn Comitta is an American politician, educator and financial officer. She is a member of the Democratic Party, currently serving in the Pennsylvania State Senate representing the 19th district.
