Westfield Friends School
Westfield Friends School (also known as WFS) is a private, coeducational Quaker day school in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, United States, within the Philadelphia metro area. Founded in 1788 and run by the Westfield Friends Meeting, it is the oldest Friends school in the United States operated by a meeting. The school's grounds are an -acre suburban campus. The school includes preschool through eighth grade, offering students an education based in Quaker values and an academic curriculum that prepares students for college-bound tracks in high school. History In 1785, land on Riverton Road in Cinnaminson Township, New Jersey, valued at "Six Pounds, Hard Money" was purchased by Westfield Friends Meeting, the local monthly meeting of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers). Cinnaminson Township is a township in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. Cinnaminson Township borders the Delaware River, and is an eastern suburb of Philadelphia. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 15,569, reflecting an increase of 974 (+6.7%) from the 14,595 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 12 (+0.1%) from the 14,583 counted in the 1990 Census. Cinnaminson was incorporated as a township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 15, 1860, from portions of Chester Township (now known as Maple Shade Township). Mimio
Mimio is a brand name of a line of technology products aimed at the education market. The primary products were originally focused around computer whiteboard interactive teaching devices. MimioCapture devices also allow users to capture all of the ink strokes that are written on the whiteboard. When used in conjunction with a video projector it turns the ordinary whiteboard surface into a fully interactive whiteboard. Chromebook
A Chromebook (sometimes stylized in lowercase as chromebook) is a laptop or tablet running the Linux-based ChromeOS as its operating system. One-room School
