Wangechi
Wangechi Waweru (born 19 January 1994), professionally known as Wangechi, is a Kenyan rapper, singer and songwriter. She began her music career in 2013 and released her debut mixtape "Consume - Chakula ya soul" in July 2013. On December 2, 2016, she released her 10-track EP "Dont Consume if Seal is Broken" Which included Tusker's theme song for the Here's to us Campaign launched on 30 November 2016. Wangechi rose to great popularity through her feature on the Ligi Soo remix in 2013 that featured a variety of female rappers. This gave her a platform to create a name and release various projects after. Early life Wangechi was born on January 19, 1994, and was raised in Nairobi, Kenya. Benard Michael Paul Mnyang'anga better known by his stage name Ben Pol, is a Tanzanian singer and songwriter from Dar es salaam, Tanzania. Music career His previous release “Ningefanyaje”, featured Kenyan artist Avril and ranked #1 on Soundcity TV, Top 10 East and Africa Rox Countdown. He published ''Sophia'' in 2015. Nairobi
Nairobi ( ) is the capital and largest city of Kenya. Issah Mmari Wangui (May 20, 1981 – March 16, 2003), better known by his stage name E-Sir, was a Kenyan hip hop artist. He was the elder brother to fellow Kenyan rapper Habib. He was famous for his deft lyrical ability and command of the Swahili language. The phenomenal popularity of his music disproved the myth that Kenyan music could never compete with imported pop. Even long after his death, he is still widely regarded as one of the best rappers to emerge on the Kenyan hip hop scene.
