Wang Xiaodong (born 1962)
Wang Xiaodong (; born January 1962) is a Chinese politician, serving since 2015 as the Communist Party Secretary of Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Previously he served as party chief of Beihai. Biography Wang was born in 1962 in Lingqiu County, Shanxi. He graduated from the Shijiazhuang Army College in its political department; he holds a master's degree in engineering. He joined the Communist Party in 1980. He then served in a series of military roles in the Beijing Military Region and the Beijing Mobilization District. Then he was transferred to the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, where he worked as a secretary and then as a supervision official. In March 2005, Wang became the deputy party chief of Qinzhou, Guangxi. In April 2007 he was named deputy head of the Guangxi Organization Department. Yu Yuanhui
Yu Yuanhui (; born January 1964) is a Chinese politician of ethnic Yao heritage who spent most of his career in Southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Until 2015, he served as the Communist Party Secretary of Nanning, capital of Guangxi, and was a Standing Committee member of the regional party organization. In May 2015, he was put under investigation by the Chinese Communist Party's anti-corruption agency. Beijing Military Region
The Beijing Military Region was one of seven military regions for the Chinese People's Liberation Army. From the mid 1980s to 2017, it had administration of all military affairs within Beijing city, Tianjin city, Hebei province, Shanxi province, and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The Region is mainly responsible for defending the People's Republic of China from Mongolia and Russia, and also protects the capital of China, and had the largest number of military personnel of any of the seven regions active from 1985-2017.
