Wang Menghui
Wang Menghui (; born January 1960) is a Chinese politician, and the current Communist Party Secretary of Hubei. Previously he served as Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Among other roles, he has served as party chief of Xiamen, and party chief of Shenyang. Biography Originally from Yancheng, Jiangsu. He attended the department of architecture at Tsinghua University. After graduating from university, he became an instructor at his alma mater. He also attended Warsaw University of Technology. In 1993, he abandoned academia and entered politics in Guangdong, at a county-level city under Guangzhou. In May 2004, he became mayor of Shanwei. In 2006, he obtained his master's in engineering. Zheng Yanxiong (; born 25 August 1963) is a Chinese politician currently serving as director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong. Previously, he was the director of the Office for Safeguarding National Security of the CPG in the HKSAR. Zheng is known for controversial statements denouncing foreign media reporting on the Wukan protests in Shanwei in 2011, and for the crackdown of renewed protests in Shanwei in 2016. Liaoning
Liaoning () is a coastal province in Northeast China that is the smallest, southernmost, and most populous province in the region. Yunfu (), formerly romanized as Wanfow, and historically known as Dong'an (), which was formerly romanized as Tong On, from 1578 to 1913, is a prefecture-level city in western Guangdong province, People's Republic of China.
