Walter Fernández
Walter Fernández Balufo (born 14 August 1989), known simply as Walter, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for CE Manresa mainly as an attacking midfielder. Football career Born in Caldes de Montbui, Barcelona, Catalonia, Walter finished his formation at FC Barcelona. He started his senior career in the lower leagues, being successively loaned to CF Sporting Mahonés and Antequera CF. For 2009–10, Walter signed for four years with Segunda División club Gimnàstic de Tarragona, making his professional debut on 30 August 2009 by starting in a 1–0 away win against Real Murcia and finishing the season with 34 matches (21 starts). In late June 2011, however, both parties agreed to cancel his contract, and he was loaned to Hungarian side Videoton FC for two years. Caldes De Montbui
Caldes de Montbui in Catalan or Caldas de Montbui in Spanish, is a Spanish town and municipality in the ''comarca'' of the Vallès Oriental in Catalonia. It is situated in the upper valley of the Caldes river, and the highest point of the municipality is the peak of el Farell at 816 m. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time.
