Wagner Leonardo Calvelo de Souza (born 23 July 1999), known as Wagner Leonardo (), is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Vitória. Mainly a central defender, he can also play as a defensive midfielder. Club career Santos Born in Praia Grande, São Paulo, Wagner joined Santos' youth setup in 2009 at the age of nine. In February 2019, after appearing in the year's Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior, he was promoted to the first team by manager Jorge Sampaoli. Praia Grande () is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of Baixada Santista. The population is 330,845 (2020 est.) in an area of 149.25 km².
