WCVE-TV, virtual channel 23 (UHF digital channel 22), is a Public Broadcasting Service ( PBS) member television station licensed to Richmond, Virginia, United States. Often, "virtual channels" are implemented in digital television, helping users to find a desired channel easily, or easing the transition from analogue to digital broadcasting in general. William Griffith Wilson (November 26, 1895 – January 24, 1971), also known as Bill Wilson or Bill W., was the co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).
