The French Senior Open (or Open de France Senior) is a senior (over 50s) men's professional golf tournament on the European Senior Tour. In 1994 and 2004 it was played at Golf d'Omaha Beach, Port-en-Bessin, Normandy, in 1998 and 1999 it was played at Pau Golf Club, Pau, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, in 2000 it was played at Golf de Joyenval, Chambourcy near Paris and in 2007 at Golf de Divonne-les-Bains in Divonne-les-Bains, ten miles north of Geneva. Jean Van De Velde (golfer)
Jean van de Velde (born 29 May 1966) is a French professional golfer, who formerly played on the European Tour and the PGA Tour. He came close to winning The Open Championship in 1999, but lost a three shot lead on the final hole. Early life and amateur career Van de Velde was born in Mont-de-Marsan, Landes, France. As an amateur he won both the French Youths Championship and the French Amateur Championship. is a Japanese professional golfer. Ebihara was born in Abiko, Chiba, Japan. He won one tournament on the Japan Golf Tour and had career earnings of over ¥260 million. Nicholas James Job (born 27 July 1949) is an English professional golfer who plays on the European Senior Tour. He has won five times on the tour. Professional career Job turned professional in 1965 and qualified for the 1966 Open Championship as a 16-year-old. He played on the British circuit, winning two age-restricted tournaments, the Gor-Ray Under-24 Championship in 1969 and the under-23 BUA Rising Star Tournament in 1970. The European Tour was founded in the 1970s and Job finished in the top-100 on the European Tour Order of Merit twelve times, with a best ranking of 26th in 1981. His best tournament result on the European Tour came at the 1978 Greater Manchester Open, where he lost to Brian Barnes in a playoff. Juan Quirós Segura (born 25 February 1956) is a Spanish professional golfer. Quirós was born in La Linea, Andalusia. He played on the European Tour most seasons from 1983 to 2000, making the top one hundred on the Order of Merit three times. David Morland IV
David James Morland IV (born April 3, 1969) is a Canadian professional golfer who has played on the Canadian Tour, PGA Tour, and Nationwide Tour. Morland was born in North Bay, Ontario. He turned professional in 1991 after going to Kent State University. His first professional success came in the 1999 McDonald's Prince Edward Island Challenge on the Canadian Tour. In late 1999 Morland finished tied for 16th place in the PGA Tour Q-school to gain a place on the tour for 2000.
