Vuka is a river in eastern Croatia, a right tributary of the Danube river. At , it is the 13th-longest river flowing through Croatia and it has a drainage area of . Dihlabeng Local Municipality is an administrative area in the Thabo Mofutsanyane District of the Free State in South Africa. It was established in terms of Section 12 of the Local Government Structures Act, 117 of 1998, after the first general local government elections of 5 December 2000 which heralded the final phase of local government reform as envisaged in 1994 at the onset of the process of democratisation. The Municipality is a category B as defined in the Local Government Structures Act and shares executive and legislative authority with the category C municipality within whose area it falls i.e. Thabo Mofutsanyana District Municipality. The genus ''Helichrysum'' consists of an estimated 600 species of flowering plants in the sunflower family (Asteraceae). The type species is ''Helichrysum orientale''. They often go by the names everlasting, immortelle, and strawflower. The name is derived from the Anicent Greek words (helios, sun) and (, gold). It occurs in Africa (with 244 species in South Africa), Madagascar, Australasia and Eurasia. The plants may be annuals, herbaceous perennials or shrubs, growing to a height of . The genus was a wastebasket taxon, and many of its members have been reclassified in smaller genera, most notably the Everlastings, now in the genus ''Xerochrysum''. Their leaves are oblong to lanceolate. They are flat and pubescent on both sides. The bristles of the pappus are scabrous, barbellate, or plumose. Vuka Šeherović
Vuka Šeherović (; ''née'' Šekerović, ; 1903–1976) was a Bosnian folk singer and sevdalinka interpreter. She was called the "woman with the silver voice." Biography Šeherović was born with the surname Šekerović in the village Kovačići near Zenica in 1903. Her father Risto Šekerović was a prison guard at the Zenica prison. A young Vuka sang in her schools choir starting at age seven. Her career began in 1919, aged 16, when she won a talent contest in Brčko. Šeherović later sang in Belgrade's bohemian quarter Skadarlija and in her husband's kafana while simultaneously making appearances on radio shows including ''Bosansko veče'' (''Bosnian Nights'') and recording for major record labels like Odeon Records, Polydor Records and Jugoton. Marijan Vuka
Marijan Vuka (born 10 January 1980) is a Croatian former footballer who played as a forward, primarily within the Croatian football leagues with stints abroad in the Russian Premier League, and Canadian Soccer League. A product of NK Osijek youth system, Vuka had spells at a number of Croatian sides in the Croatian First Football League, including NK Vukovar '91, NK Osijek, Marsonia, HNK Cibalia, NK Međimurje. Throughout his time in the Prva Liga he featured in the 2000–01 UEFA Cup, and 2001–02 UEFA Cup for NK Osijek, and played against Brøndby IF, Rapid Vienna, and AEK Athens. In 2004, he went abroad to play in the Russian Premier League with Kuban Krasnodar. After several years in Russia he returned to Croatia to play with NK Međimurje, and later played in the Croatian Second Football League with NK Grafičar Vodovod, and NK Hrvatski Dragovoljac.
