Vrelo Ibra
Vrelo Ibra ( sr-cyrl, Врело Ибра, ; en, Spring of Ibar) is the spring of the River Ibar located in the north-east region of Montenegro in Rožaje. It is one of the top natural landmarks in Rožaje. It is located 10 km away from the city center on the northern side at the foot of the mountain Hajla in a dense conifer forest. Rožaje has a big amount of springs, but the strongest one is the spring of the river Ibar which is also the longest Montenegrin river. The road to the spring has beautiful landscapes with a lot of places suitable for picnic or sport activities (such as mountain biking) or other recreation. The road which needs only to be followed to the spring is located in Suho Polje a few kilometers from the city center of Rožaje on Ibarska magistrala in the direction to Berane, on the left side over the bridge next to the hotel Aldi. Rožaje
Rožaje ( cnr, Рожаје, bs, Rožaje), ; sq, Rozhajë) is a town in northeastern Montenegro. As of 2011, the city has a population of 9,567 inhabitants. Surrounded by hills to its west and mountains to its east (notably Mount Hajla), the town is divided in half by, and contains the source of the river Ibar, which gives its name to the local sports clubs FK Ibar, KK Ibar and OK Ibar. Ibar (river)
The Ibar ( sr-cyrl, Ибар, ), also known as the Ibër and Ibri ( sq, Ibër, Ibri), is a river that flows through eastern Montenegro, northern Kosovo and central Serbia, with a total length of . The river begins in the Hajla mountain, in Rožaje, eastern Montenegro, and passes through southwestern Serbia and northern Kosovo, where it leads back into Serbia to flow into the West Morava river near Kraljevo, central Serbia. It belongs to the Black Sea drainage basin. Its own drainage area is , with an average discharge of 60 m³/s at the mouth. It is not navigable. Etymology The scholar Ejup Mushoviq theorized that the word derives from the Albanian ''i Bardhë'', meaning "white".' Hajla
Hajla ( sr-cyrl, Хајла; sq, Hajlë) is a mountain located between the borders of Kosovo and Montenegro. It has several peaks that reach over , the highest having which is also called Hajla. The northern slopes contains the spring formation of the Ibar river, and to its southern slopes is the origin of the Bistrica e Pejës (or the Pećka Bistrica) river. Hajla is also the highest mountain in the northern part of the Accursed Mountains of the Balkans. In Kosovo, Hajla forms part of the long Rugova Canyon. Berane
Berane ( cyrl, Беране) is one of the largest towns of northeastern Montenegro and a former administrative centre of the Ivangrad District. The town is located on the Lim river. From 1949 to 1992, it was named Ivangrad ( cyrl, Иванград) in honour to people's hero Ivan Milutinović. The town has a population of over 11,000, whereas its municipality area reaches nearly 30,000 people, making it one of the largest centres of Polimlje area. Rožaje Municipality ( Montenegrin and Bosnian: Opština Rožaje / Општина Рожаје; Albanian: Komuna e Rozhajës) is one of the municipalities of Montenegro. The main centre and capital of the Rožaje municipality is Rožaje. It covers an area of 432 km2, and has a population of 22,964 inhabitants in the 2011 Census. It is located in the geographical region of Sandžak.
