Venla Luukkonen
Venla Luukkonen (born 2 March 1984) is a Finnish grappler and Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitor and instructor. In 2014, she became the first Finnish female black belt and the first Finn to win the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Championship at black belt level. Since 2014, in addition to winning several major tournaments, Luukkonen reached the world championship final three more times, winning gold again in 2018. Early life Venla Orvokki Luukkonen was born on 2 March 1984 in Espoo, Finland. When she was one year old her family moved to Kuopio in Northern Savonia. After secondary school she started training in Capoiera followed by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2008 at Jyväskylän Fight Club (internationally known as Hilti BJJ Jyväskylä) while studying for a PhD in education. Espoo
Espoo (, ; sv, Esbo) is a city and municipality in the region of Uusimaa in the Republic of Finland. Claudia Do Val
Claudia do Val is a professional Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner. She has won the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship three times, holding each title in a different category. She was three times ranked No.1 IBJJF competitor in the Gi,2018/2019 season and 2019/2020 season, and 2020/2021 season; as well as No.1 IBJJF NoGi competitor for the 2018, and 2019 , and 2020 seasons. Do Val won the IBJJF Grand Slam in 2018, which consists of the biggest tournaments of the year: European Championship, Pan Jiu-Jitsu Championship, Brazilian National Championship, and the World Championship. Samantha Cook
Samantha Cook (born 10 November 1987) is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt competitor. Cook is a No-Gi World champion, a four-time European champion and a four-time British champion in coloured belts. The first British female to win the ADCC Trials in the black belt division, she is a multiple time World Medalist and the 2019 European Champion in both Gi and No-Gi. Career Samantha Lea Cook was born in Kingswood near Bristol, England. During her youth she started in judo then competed in show jumping. Polaris Pro Grappling is Europe's longest running large-scale professional grappling event. Nandrolone, also known as 19-nortestosterone, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) which is used in the form of esters such as nandrolone decanoate (brand name Deca-Durabolin) and nandrolone phenylpropionate (brand name Durabolin). Nandrolone esters are used in the treatment of anemias, cachexia (muscle wasting syndrome), osteoporosis, breast cancer, and for other indications. They are not used by mouth and instead are given by injection into muscle or fat. Openweight, also known as Absolute, is an unofficial weight class in combat sports and professional wrestling. It refers to bouts where there is no weight limit and fighters with a dramatic difference in size can compete against each other. It is different from catch weight, where competitors agree to weigh in at a certain amount without an official weight class. Capoeira
