Venezuelan Nationality Law
Venezuelan nationality law is the law governing the acquisition, transmission and loss of Venezuelan citizenship. It is based on the principle of ''jus soli'': any person born in Venezuela acquires Venezuelan citizenship at birth, irrespective of nationality or status of parents. Venezuelan nationality law is regulated by Section 1 of Chapter 2 of the Constitution of Venezuela and by the Nationality and Citizenship Act of 2004. Parliament Of Venezuela
The National Assembly ( es, Asamblea Nacional) is the legislature for Venezuela that was first elected in 2000. It is a unicameral body made up of a variable number of members, who were elected by a "universal, direct, personal, and secret" vote partly by direct election in state-based voting districts, and partly on a state-based party-list proportional representation system. The number of seats is constant, each state and the Capital district elected three representatives plus the result of dividing the state population by 1.1% of the total population of the country. Three seats are reserved for representatives of Venezuela's indigenous peoples and elected separately by all citizens, not just those with indigenous backgrounds. Ukrainian Passport
The Ukrainian passport ( uk, паспорт громадянина України, pasport hromadyanyna Ukrayiny, passport of a citizen of Ukraine) is a document issued for nationals of Ukraine as proof of Ukrainian citizenship. The country issues international passports that are used for travel abroad. Until 2016, Ukraine was also issuing internal passports as a soft booklet that was the primary identification document of Ukrainian citizens within Ukraine. Nicaraguan Passport
The Nicaraguan passport is issued to citizens of Nicaragua for international travel. As of 1 January 2017, Nicaraguan citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access to 112 countries and territories, ranking the Nicaraguan passport 46th in terms of travel freedom (tied with Marshallese passport) according to the Henley visa restrictions index. The current Nicaraguan passport has 89 security features, including bidimensional barcodes, holograms, and watermarks, and is reportedly one of the least forgeable documents in the world. Venezuelan Passport
Venezuelan passports are issued to citizens of Venezuela to travel outside the country. Biometric passports have been issued since July 2007, with a RFID chip containing a picture and fingerprints; passports issued earlier remained valid until they expired. , passports were 34 pages long and displayed a biometric symbol on the bottom of the cover.
