Le Chesnay
Le Chesnay () is a former commune in the Yvelines department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. On 1 January 2019, it was merged into the new commune Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt. It is located in the western suburbs of Paris, from the center of Paris. History On 1 July 1815, Napoleon's Grande Armée fought its last battle in Rocquencourt and Le Chesnay.
