Võru FC Helios
Võru FC Helios is an Estonian football (soccer), football club based in Võru. The club was founded in 2010. The team currently plays in the II liiga, the fourth highest level of Estonian football. The team played IV liiga in 2014–2016. In the end of year 2016, Võru JK merged with the team and Helios got their place in II liiga. They ended 2017 with 3rd place and were promoted to Esiliiga B, where Helios played until 2020. Players Current squad ''As of 3 April 2023. II Liiga
II liiga is the fourth level of football league competition in Estonia arranged by the Estonian Football Association. It consists of 28 teams, divided geographically into two divisions with 14 teams respectively in group North/East and South/West. Until 2013, it was the third level league. Competition During the season, teams play each opponent twice, once at home and once away, for 26 matches. At the end of the season, the winners of both divisions face each other in one final match to determine the champion of II liiga. As in most countries with low temperatures in winter time, the season starts around April and lasts until around the start of November. At the end of the season, the winners of both divisions may be promoted to the Esiliiga B. This is providing the clubs meet the licensing criteria of the Esiliiga B. 2020 Esiliiga B
The 2020 Esiliiga B was the eighth season of the Esiliiga B, the third tier of Estonian football. The season began on 8 March 2020 and concluded on 22 November 2020. Teams Of the 10 participating teams 6 remained following the 2019 Esiliiga B. The 2019 champions Nõmme United, runners-up Vändra and 3rd placed Pärnu Jalgpalliklubi were promoted to the Esiliiga, while 10th placed Volta were relegated to the II liiga. 2019 Esiliiga B
The 2019 Esiliiga B was the seventh season of the Esiliiga B, the third tier of Estonian football. Teams Of the 10 participating teams five remained following the 2018 Esiliiga B. The 2018 champions Legion, runners-up Tammeka U21 and third placed Järve were promoted to Esiliiga, while ninth and 10th placed Ajax and Flora U19 were relegated to II liiga. 2018 Esiliiga B
The 2018 Esiliiga B was the 6th season of the Esiliiga B, third-highest Estonian league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 2013. Teams Of the 10 participating teams 4 remained following the 2017 Esiliiga B. The 2017 champions Kalju U21, runners-up Kalev U21 and 4th placed Keila JK were promoted to Esiliiga, while 10th place Sillamäe Kalev U21 was relegated and Viimsi JK and Raasiku Joker decided not to participate in 2018 Esiliiga B. For this season those six teams will be replaced by 6 II Liiga teams. They are: Lasnamäe Ajax, Nõmme United, Pärnu JK, Tallinna Legion, Flora U19 and Võru Helios.
