Väinö Elias Pastell (14 May 1881 - 8 September 1949) was a Finnish farmer and politician. He was born in Sääminki, and was a member of the Parliament of Finland from 1927 to 1929, representing the National Coalition Party. Sääminki (; sv, Säminge) is countryside and former municipality of Finland. Most of Sääminki municipality was incorporated in 1973 with the Savonlinna town and the rest with Punkaharju municipality. The Parliament of Finland ( ; ) is the unicameral and supreme legislature of Finland, founded on 9 May 1906. In accordance with the Constitution of Finland, sovereignty belongs to the people, and that power is vested in the Parliament.
