Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir
Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir is a temple under early stages of construction at Vrindavan, Mathura, India. As planned, it will be the tallest religious monument in the world. At its potential cost of it is likely to be one of the most expensive temples in world. The temple has been planned by ISKCON Bangalore. The planned effort includes the temple rising to a height of about 700 feet (213 meters or 70 floors) and a built-up area of 540,000 sq. ft. (~50,000 sq. m.). The project is set in 62 acres of land and includes 12 acres for parking and a helipad. Viraat Ramayan Mandir is an upcoming Hindu temple complex in Kaithwalia-Bahuara village located in the East Champaran district of Bihar, India, with an estimated budget of . When completed, it will be the largest religious monument in the world. The Virat Ramayan Mandir will be almost double the height of the world-famous 12th century Angkor Wat temple complex in Cambodia, which is 215 feet high. Abhay Charanaravinda Bhaktivedanta Swami (; 1 September 1896 – 14 November 1977) was an Indian Gaudiya Vaishnava guru who founded ISKCON, commonly known as the "Hare Krishna movement". Members of ISKCON view Bhaktivedanta Swami as a representative and messenger of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Born in Calcutta (now Kolkata) in a Suvarna Banik family, he was educated at the Scottish Church College.
