Volodymyr Yezerskiy
Volodymyr Ivanovych Yezerskiy ( uk, Володимир Іванович Єзерський; born 15 November 1976) is a former professional Ukrainian football defender. He also played for the Ukrainian national team in 1998–2008. Yezerskiy is a Distinguished Master of Sports (2005). Career Club Yezerskiy started his professional football career in 1997 in Karpaty Lviv. Two years later, he was picked up by Ukrainian giants, Dynamo Kyiv, and, later, by Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih. In 2000, Yezerskiy left to Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, where he became an integral part of the team. On 20 June 2007 he was signed by FC Shakhtar Donetsk on a 3-year deal with a transfer fee of €1.2 million from Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk. He was loaned out to Zorya Luhansk during the winter break of the 2009–10 Premier league season. Sports Club Tavriya ( uk, Спортивний клуб "Таврія") was a Ukrainian football club from Simferopol. Tavriya was a member of the Ukrainian Premier League from its founding and won the first Ukrainian Premier League making them one of three teams that have ever held this title. Petrovskiy Stadium
The Petrovsky Stadium (russian: стадион «Петровский») is on a sports complex that consists of a number of buildings, the stadium is used mostly for football and also for athletics. The Grand Sport Arena of the Petrovsky Sport Complex was the home of FC Zenit and FC Tosno. The complex also contains another football stadium, Minor Sport Arena (MSA). MSA of Petrovsky in 2022 is used by several teams that compete in lower professional leagues: FC Dynamo Saint Petersburg and FC Zenit-2 Saint Petersburg (selected matches). Corner Kick
A corner kick is the method of restarting play in a game of association football when the ball goes out of play over the goal line, without a goal being scored and having last been touched by a member of the defending team. The kick is taken from the corner of the field of play nearest to the place where the ball crossed the goal line. The 2006 FIFA World Cup, also branded as Germany 2006, was the 18th FIFA World Cup, the quadrennial international football world championship tournament. Football Club Shakhtar Donetsk ( uk, Футбольний клуб «Шахтар» Донецьк , short nickname "miners") is a Ukrainian professional football club from the city of Donetsk.
