Volodymyr Struk
Volodymyr Oleksiyovych Struk ( uk, Володимир Олексійович Струк; 15 May 1964 – 2 March 2022) was a Ukrainian politician. He was kidnapped and killed in March 2022, during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, when he was serving as mayor of the city of Kreminna, Luhansk region, at the time under control of the Ukrainian government His killing has been reported as a response to his pro-Russia separatist activities and was denounced as an extrajudicial execution and a war crime by a representative of the Luhansk people's republic. Slovianoserbsk Raion
Slovianoserbsk Raion () was a raion (district) in Luhansk Oblast of eastern Ukraine. It was named after Slavo-Serbia, an imperial Russian province that existed between 1753–64. The raion was abolished on 18 July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Luhansk Oblast to eight. However, since 2014 the raion was not under control of Ukrainian government and has been part of the Luhansk People's Republic which continues using it as an administrative unit. The administrative center of the raion is the urban-type settlement of Slovianoserbsk. Anton Yuriiovych Herashchenko ( uk, Антон Юрійович Геращенко, born 10 February 1979) is a current official advisor and a former deputy minister at the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs. He is a former member of the Ukrainian parliament (Verkhovna Rada) (2014–2019) and was the subject of an assassination attempt in part because of his actions.
