Volodymir Gustov ( uk, Володимир Густов, sometimes transliterated as Volodymyr Hustov or other permutations; born 15 February 1977 in Kyiv) is a Ukrainian professional road bicycle racer, who last rode for UCI ProTeam . He began his career in 2000 with Italian team . Before the 2002 Tour de Romandie, Gustov was tested with a hematocrit level above fifty percent. This indicates either health problems or doping usage so he was suspended for fifteen days, but in the middle of May, Fassa Bortolo announced that he could ride again. After laboratory tests accredited by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the governing body of cycling, it was stated that his high hematocrit and hemoglobin values were physiologically determined. The Tour de Pologne (Polish: ''Wyścig Dookoła Polski'', English: ''Tour of Poland'', official abbreviation TdP,) is an annual, professional men's multiple-stage bicycle race primarily held in Poland. It consists of seven or eight stages and is usually around 1,200 km in length. The race was first held in 1928 and is considered the oldest and most important bicycle race in Poland. Until 1952 the race was held sporadically, but since then it has been an annual race. Until early 1993 the race was open to amateur cyclists only and most of its winners came from Poland. Tinkoff () was a Russian-registered professional cycling team from Russia and previously Denmark. It competed in the UCI World Tour. The team was owned by Russian Oleg Tinkov and, from 1999 until March 2015, was managed by former Tour de France winner Bjarne Riis. The team was sponsored by the Russian Tinkoff Bank, a credit systems company. Founded in 1998 as home-Jack & Jones, the team started in cycling's second division. The 31st edition of the Deutschland Tour cycle race took place in Germany from August 10 to August 18, 2007. It did not start with the traditional prologue but with a normal stage.
