Vladislav Kulminski
Vladislav Kulminski (born 24 October 1972) is a Moldovan politician. Kulminski has been referred to as an expert in internal affairs and national security. Furthermore, as of 2021, he was president of the Institute for Strategic Initiatives (IPIS). Kulminski has also worked on the World Bank on issues related to Moldova. Kulminski was secretary of state for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova. He was also designated as a member of the Supreme Security Council on 25 January 2021 by the President of Moldova Maia Sandu. TV8 (formerly TV7) is a nonprofit television network based in Chișinău, Moldova. It is owned by the Public Association “Media Alternativa”, whose executive director is Natalia Morari. TV8 uses a programming strategy of international movies and tv shows, as well as local talk shows and news broadcasting. In 2017 the then owner of the channel, Chiril Lucinschi, transferred his ownership to "Media Alternativa". After the transfer, TV7 rebranded to TV8. Transnistria Conflict
The Transnistria conflict ( ro, Conflictul din Transnistria; russian: Приднестровский конфликт, Pridnestrovskiy konflikt) is an ongoing frozen conflict between Moldova and the unrecognized state of Transnistria. Its most active phase was the Transnistria War. There have been several attempts to resolve the conflict, although none have been successful. The conflict may be considered as having started on 2 September 1990, when Transnistria made a formal sovereignty declaration from Moldova (then part of the Soviet Union).
