FC Dynamo Moscow (''FC Dynamo Moskva'', russian: Дина́мо Москва́ ) is a Russian football club based in Moscow. Dynamo returned to the Russian Premier League for the 2017–18 season after one season in the second-tier Russian Football National League. Dynamo was the only club that had always played in the top tier of Soviet football (along with Dynamo Kyiv) and of Russian football from the end of the Soviet era until they were relegated in 2016. Despite this, they have never won the modern Russian Premier League title and have won Russian Cup only once, in the season of 1994–95. During the Soviet era, they were affiliated with the MVD (Ministry of Internal Affairs – The Soviet Militia) and with the KGB and was a part of Dynamo sports society. 2011–12 FC Dynamo Moscow Season
The 2011–12 Dynamo Moscow season was the 89th season in club history. During this long season (transitional from 'spring-autumn' formula to 'autumn-spring'), club participated in three competitions – the Russian Premier League, the 2010–11 Russian Cup and the 2011–12 Russian Cup. The Russian First Division was the 19th season of Russia's second-tier football league since the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The season began on 27 March 2010. Teams As in the previous year, 20 clubs participate in this year championship. The Russian Second Division 2009 was the third strongest division in Russian football. The Second Division is geographically divided into 5 zones. The winners of each zone are automatically promoted into the First Division. The bottom finishers of each zone lose professional status and are relegated into the Amateur Football League. South FC Abinsk were excluded from the league for failing to fulfil two fixtures (on 28 June and 5 July). They have played 14 matches and were in the 18th position with 5 points. FC Saturn Moscow Oblast (russian: ФК "Сатурн Московская область") was an association football club from Russia founded in 1991 and playing on professional level between 1993 and 2010. Since 2004 it was the farm club of FC Saturn Moscow Oblast. In early 2011, the parent club FC Saturn Moscow Oblast went bankrupt and dropped out of the Russian Premier League due to huge debts. FC Orenburg (russian: ФК «Оренбург») is a Russian professionalism in association football, professional football club from Orenburg, founded in 1976. It will return to the Russian Premier League for the 2022–23 season. History It played professionally as Gazovik from 1976 to 1982 and from 1989 on.
