Vladimir Ignatic
Uladzimir Iharavich Ignatik ( be, Уладзімір Ігаравіч Ігнацік, Ihnatsik; russian: Владимир Игоревич Игнатик; born 14 July 1990 in Belarus) is a Belarusian professional tennis player. Professional career Junior career Igantik was ranked the No. 1 junior in the world in June 2007 after winning the boys' singles title at 2007 Roland Garros, and later finished runner-up at the 2007 Wimbledon Championships. Then as the top seed, Ignatik lost in the quarterfinals of the 2007 US Open. Early career Ignatik gained ATP points mainly by playing in Futures tournaments. He finished 2007 ranked 864 in the world, and 2008 ranked 431 in the world. Alexander Mikhailovich Kudryavtsev (russian: Алекса́ндр Миха́йлович Кудря́вцев; born 26 October 1985) is a retired Russian professional tennis player who has played professionally since 2003. The ATP Challenger Tour, known until the end of 2008 as the ATP Challenger Series, is a series of international men's professional tennis tournaments. The Challenger Tour events are the second-highest tier of tennis competition, behind the ATP Tour. Lado Chikhladze (born 15 June 1985) is a Georgian former professional tennis player. Chikhladze, a junior doubles finalist at the 2003 French Open, was a member of the Georgia Davis Cup team from 2004 to 2010. He appeared in a total of 16 ties, winning ten singles and nine doubles rubbers. All nine of his doubles wins came partnering Irakli Labadze, which is a Georgian record for a doubles pair. Dead Rubber
Dead rubber is a term used in sporting parlance to describe a match in a series where the series result has already been decided by earlier matches. The dead rubber match therefore has no effect on the winner and loser of the series, other than the total number of matches won and lost. The term is used in Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup tennis, as well as in international cricket, field hockey, the FIFA World Cup, UEFA Champions League, Rugby World Cup and the State of Origin series.
