Vladimir Heerik
Vladimir Heerik (born 27 March 1949) is an Estonian athletics competitor and coach. He was born in Vorkuta, Russia. In 1975, he graduated from the University of Tartu's Faculty of Psychology and from the same institution in 1991, with a master's degree in psychology. He began athletics training in 1957. He is multiple-times Estonian champion in different running disciplines. Vorkuta
Vorkuta (russian: Воркута́; kv, Вӧркута, ''Vörkuta''; Nenets for "the abundance of bears", "bear corner") is a coal-mining town in the Komi Republic, Russia, situated just north of the Arctic Circle in the Pechora coal basin at the river Vorkuta. In 2010 its population was 70,548, down from 84,917 in 2002. Vorkuta is the fourth largest city north of the Arctic Circle and the easternmost town in Europe. It is also the coldest city in all of Europe, boasting a record cold temperature of −52 °C (−61 °F). Tamme Stadium
Tamme Stadium ( et, Tamme staadion) is a multi-purpose stadium in Tartu, Estonia, located in the district of Tammelinn. First opened in 1932 and reaching its current look in 2011, the stadium is home to Tartu Tammeka and holds 1,638 people.
