Vjekoslav Vrančić
Vjekoslav Vrančić (25 March 1904 – 25 September 1990) was a high-ranked Croatian Ustaše official who held different positions in the Independent State of Croatia during World War II in Yugoslavia. After the proclamation, he served as the Under Secretary of the Ustaše Foreign Affairs Ministry. In 1942, he was Pavelić's envoy to the Italian Second Army. In this role he entered into negotiations with Chetnik representatives Jevđeviċ, Grđiċ and Kraljeviċ. Then he served as Under Secretary in the Ustaše Interior Ministry, the "body directly responsible for concentration camps and repressive political apparatus". Vrančić was "decorated by Hitler in honor of his planning skills at the work of mass deportation". Nikola Mandić
Nikola Mandić (; 20 January 1869 – 7 June 1945) was a Croatian politician and one of the leading political figures in Bosnia and Herzegovina under Austrian-Hungarian rule. He also served as a Prime Minister of the Independent State of Croatia (NDH) during World War II. He was executed by the Yugoslav Partisans as a war criminal on 7 June 1945. Early life Nikola Mandić was born in the town of Travnik on 20 January 1869, to a Bosnian Croat family. He finished gymnasium in Sarajevo and went on to study law at the University of Vienna, where he received a doctorate in law in 1894. Mandić returned to Sarajevo and worked as a judicial clerk before becoming an attorney. Enver Redžić
Enver Redžić (4 May 1915 – 4 November 2009) was a Bosnian historian, cultural observer, professor, and founder of the publishing company ''Svjetlost''. During World War II, he was a member of anti-fascist groups ZAVNOBiH and AVNOJ. Early life and education Redžić was born to Bosnian Muslim parents in the village Stari Majdan by the Bosnian city Sanski Most during World War I. He attended elementary and secondary school in Bihać. He studied Yugoslav literature and history at the Philosophical Faculty in Sarajevo and graduated in 1940. Eugen Dido Kvaternik (29 March 1910 – 10 March 1962) was a Croatian Ustaše General-Lieutenant and the Chief of the Internal Security Service in the Independent State of Croatia, a Nazi puppet state during World War II. Life Eugen Dido Kvaternik was son of Slavko Kvaternik, a general in the Independent State of Croatia army and a member of the Ustaše, and Olga Frank, daughter of Josip Frank, a Catholic convert whose parents were Jewish. He instituted a regime of terror against Serbs, Jews, Gypsies and other "enemies of the State".
