Vitor Miranda
Vitor Miranda (born March 10, 1979) is a Brazilian kickboxer and mixed martial artist. He was the K-1 Brazil 2005 and K-1 Turkey 2007 super heavyweight tournament champion. Biography Vitor Miranda was born in Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil. When growing up, he was interested in martial arts but did not start training before turning 21, when his friend introduced him to Muay Thai. Currently, Miranda trains in the U.S. at Imperial Athletics in Boca Raton, Florida. Kickboxing career After only two years of practice and at the same time working part-time as a video store clerk, Miranda turned pro in 2001. He made his K-1 debut in 2003, quitting his job to become a full-time fighter. Miranda's first K-1 fight was on February 23, 2003 at K-1 Brazil GP. Jake Collier (born October 23, 1988) is an American mixed martial artist who competes in the Heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Background With no background in sports, Collier started Brazilian jiu-jitsu to lose weight at the age of 20.
