Vishwajeet (Sanskrit: विश्वजीत; Bengali: বিশ্বজিৎ) is an Indian masculine name of Indo-Aryan origin. In the Sanskrit language, ''vishwa'' means 'universe' and ''jeet'' means 'victory'. Thereby, ''Vishwajeet'' can be loosely translated as 'conqueror of the universe'. It is also the name of an ancient ''yajna'' (sacrifice) mentioned in the Vedas, performed by brahmins upon the victory of a monarch in war. Vishwajeet Pradhan (born 11 September 1965) is an Indian and television actor who has worked in Hindi films and television. Incidents on sets A major fire broke out on the sets of ''No Problem'' while the unit was shooting in the middle of the sea for a vital action sequence. Pradhan was in a scene where he is supposed to raise panic over the fire and try to save himself. While he caught fire, hurting his leg, everyone thought it was a part of his act and complimented his acting skills! But as soon as everyone realized what was happening, Pradhan was saved from any further injury by prompt action. Sunil Shetty also suffered burns on his hands. Biswajit Daimary (born 4 February 1971) is an Indian politician from Bharatiya Janata Party. He is current speaker of Assam Legislative Assembly. He represented Assam in Rajya Sabha as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party and as a member of the Bodoland People's Front. He was first elected as Member of Assam Legislative Assembly from 2001 to 2006 and later elected as Member of Parliament to Rajya Sabha from 2008 to 2014. Malla (Nepal)
The Malla dynasty ( ne, मल्ल वंश:) was the ruling dynasty of the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal from 1201 to 1779. They were a Raghuvanshi dynasty who were seen as the descendants of the Licchavi dynasty. Vishwajit Pratapsingh Rane (born 23 March 1971) is an Indian politician and a cabinet Minister in the Government of Goa headed by Pramod Sawant. He is the son of Pratapsingh Raoji Rane who is a former Chief Minister of Goa and an incumbent Indian National Congress party MLA in the Goa Legislative Assembly.
