Vincent Thill
Vincent Thill (born 4 February 2000) is a Luxembourgish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Sabah in the Azerbaijan Premier League and Luxembourg national team. He is the younger brother of fellow Luxembourg internationals Sébastien Thill and Olivier Thill. He was included in The Guardian's "Next Generation 2017". Club career Thill started his career with Luxembourgish side Fola Esch before transferring to Progrès Niederkorn, where he spent six months. He joined Metz in 2012, and signed his first professional contract on 26 May 2016, despite interest from Bayern Munich. On 21 September 2016, Thill made his debut for Metz in a 0–3 defeat against Bordeaux, coming on in the 82nd minute. Olivier Thill (born 17 December 1996) is a Luxembourgian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Turkish club Eyüpspor. Club career As a senior player, Thill started playing club football for FC Progrès Niederkorn from 2015 to 2018. On 31 August 2018, he signed a four-year contract with the Russian Premier League club FC Ufa. Serge Thill (born 29 January 1969) is a Luxembourgish former footballer who played for the Luxembourg national team. Club career Thill began his senior career in his native Luxembourg in 1991, playing for Union Luxembourg. In 1993, Thill signed for Belgian club RSC Athusien. In 1997, Thill returned to Luxembourg to sign for CS Grevenmacher. Thill stayed at Grevenmacher for five seasons, winning the Luxembourg National Division in his final season at the club.
