Ville Nieminen
Ville Juhani Nieminen (born April 6, 1977) is a Finnish former professional ice hockey forward who played over 400 games in the National Hockey League. Playing career Nieminen started his professional hockey career with Tappara in the Finnish SM-liiga, in the 1994–95 season. He was drafted by the Colorado Avalanche as their third-round pick, #78 overall, in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft. Nieminen spent three seasons in the AHL with the Hershey Bears before moving to the NHL. Known for his non-stop motor mouth and aggressive in-your-face style of play, Nieminen was infamous as an annoying opponent on the ice, whose style was heavily reminiscent of Esa Tikkanen. Nieminen was also known for a relaxed personality and his trademark odd sense of humour outside the rink. Nieminen played for several teams in the NHL, and spent the 2004–05 lockout season playing for his home team, Tappara. Ville Vallgren
Carl Wilhelm "Ville" Vallgren (15 December 1855 – 13 October 1940) was a Finnish sculptor. His best-known work is the statue ''Havis Amanda'' in Helsinki. Biography He was born in Porvoo, and long resident in Paris, whither he went in 1878, after studying architecture in the Helsinki Polytechnic. He entered the École des Beaux-Arts, studied under Cavelier. In 1882 he married Swedish sculptor Antoinette Råström with whom he worked together. She died in 1911. The same year he married French opera singer and painter Madeleine Imbert-Rohan, but the marriage was rocky from the start and ended only two years later. That year in 1913 he moved back to Finland where he met and married his third wife, Finnish sculptor Viivi Paarmio. He died on 13 October 1940 in Helsinki, and he was buried in Porvoo. Ville Väisänen
Ville Väisänen (born 19 April 1977) is a Finnish former footballer who last played as defender in Finnish second division team FC OPA. Väisänen has also tried his hands at managing - his latest spell being with Oulun Nice Soccer for seasons 2011 and 2012. Career Väisänen started his career in 1996 in his home country with his hometown team OTP which played in Finland third tier Kakkonen scoring four goals in the first few games. Soon after he moved to south to city of Pori to play for league side FC Jazz, eventually making his debut the following year. He moved to the Netherlands, where he played for two seasons for De Graafschap in Doetinchem before he returned to Finland, with first TPV then FC Lahti.
