Casino De Paris
The Casino de Paris, located at 16, rue de Clichy, in the 9th arrondissement, is one of the well known music halls of Paris, with a history dating back to the 18th century. Contrary to what the name might suggest, it is a performance venue, not a gambling house. The closest métro/RER stations are Liège, Trinité – d'Estienne d'Orves, and Haussmann – Saint-Lazare. Estelle Denis (born 6 December 1976) is a French journalist and television presenter. Early life and education Estelle Denis was born in Paris but spent her childhood in Le Coudray-Montceaux, a town in the department of Essonne. ''On n'demande qu'à en rire'' (literally "We ask only to laugh at it"; often abbreviated as ''ONDAR'' ) is a French comedy television programme. First broadcast on France 2 in 2010, it was created by Laurent Ruquier and involved aspiring comedians performing sketches they had written. The jury then scored the sketches; comedians receiving a high enough score could return for future episodes. The programme was filmed at the Moulin Rouge and broadcast from Monday to Friday at around 6 p.m. on France 2 from 6 September 2010. During the second season, it was also broadcast on Saturdays. Special programmes were also broadcast during prime time (three in the second season and three in the third season). During the first two seasons, daily shows, prime-time specials and the gala at the Casino de Paris featuring the show's best comedians were all presented by Laurent Ruquier. Le Chesnay () is a former commune in the Yvelines department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. On 1 January 2019, it was merged into the new commune Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt. It is located in the western suburbs of Paris, from the center of Paris. History On 1 July 1815, Napoleon's Grande Armée fought its last battle in Rocquencourt and Le Chesnay.
