Vicent Marzà
Vicent Marzà i Ibáñez (; Castelló de la Plana, March 3, 1983) is a Valencian teacher and politician, member of the Valencian Parliament for Compromís and member of Més–Compromís. Between 2015 and 2022 he was Minister of Education, Research, Culture and Sports of the Generalitat Valenciana. Biography A teacher by profession, Marzà holds a degree in teaching from the University of Valencia, specializing in English and French, and works at the Gaetà Huguet public school in Castelló de la Plana. In addition, he has a master's degree in leadership in socio-educational transformation and began an unfinished doctoral course, both at Ramon Llull University. Raquel Tamarit
Raquel Tamarit i Iranzo ( Sueca, 1978) is a Valencian politician, Minister of Education, Culture and Sport of the Generalitat Valenciana, replacing the resigned Vicent Marzà since May 2022. She had previously been the Regional Secretary of Culture and Sport since 2019 and the mayor of Sueca (2015-2019). Biography Tamarit has a degree in teaching. She began teaching in 2000 in various centers in Catalonia and the Valencian Community. In 2005 she joined the Valencian public education system and 5 years later her job got her job as a civil servant at the ''El Perelló de Sueca'' primary school, as an English language specialist.
