Verviers-Pepinster
Royal Basketball Club Pepinster is a Belgian basketball club that is located in the Verviers-Pepinster area of Liège Province, Belgium. The club currently competes in the Belgian Fifth Division, the fifth tier of Belgian basketball. Before, the team used to be a regular participant of the Basketball League Belgium. The team club plays its home games at the 4,000 seat Hall du Paire. History Verviers-Pepinster was the runner-up of the Belgian League twice: in 2003 and 2014. The club also won the Belgian Cup in 1980, and the Belgian Supercup in 2003. On 29 June 2016, it was announced that the club would leave the Belgian League, due to a lack of budget. Ivica Skelin
Ivica Skelin (born 19 September 1973) is a Croatian professional basketball coach who is the current head coach for Telenet Giants Antwerp of the BNXT League. Coaching career Early years Skelin started his club coaching career with Verviers-Pepinster in Belgium as an assistant coach in 2001, at which position he served until 2004, after that he coached youth teams for the Belgian club. In 2005 Skelin was named the head coach of KK Split. He coached the team one year, after that he went back to Verviers-Pepinster, this time as head coach serving for two seasons. Axel Marie Gustave Hervelle (born 12 May 1983) is a Belgian former professional basketball player. He represented the senior Belgian national basketball team. Professional career Hervelle spent the early part of his career in Belgium. He first played with Verviers-Pepinster in the Belgian League for four years, averaging 11.4 points and 10.6 rebounds per game, in 16 Belgian League games during the 2003–04 season, and becoming the team's captain at only 20 years old. The Belgian Basketball Cup (Dutch: Beker van België), for sponsorship reasons the EuroMillions Cup, is the top tier national basketball cup competition in Belgium. Tornike "Toko" Shengelia ( ka, თორნიკე შენგელია; born October 5, 1991) is a Georgian professional basketball player for Virtus Bologna. At a height of 2.06 m (6 ft 9 in) tall, he plays at the power forward position. Shengelia also represents the senior Georgian national team. He earned an All-EuroLeague First Team selection in 2018. Nenad Trajković ( sr-cyr, Ненад Трајковић; born Naser Trajković; 10 February 1961), is a Serbian basketball coach.
